Federal Judge Clears Way for Trial in Reporter’s First Amendment Lawsuit Against Delaware County. In a 31-page memorandum-decision and order filed July 21, U.S. District Judge Anne M. Nardacci denied competing motions for partial summary judgment filed by Decker Advertising and the county, concluding that a jury must determine whether county officials unlawfully retaliated against The Reporter because of its coverage of county government.

With the Big Ugly Bill about to pull the rug out from under rural hospitals, we have an option in New York State that can be a healthcare lifeline.

NYSEG: Josh Riley stands up for customers
Riley said Monday March 2 that when NYSEG filed the rate case with the Public Service Commission, he entered the case as a party, so that he could represent the people in his district at the hearing.
