In just over two weeks since Renee Good was murdered in her car, another American citizen, Alex Pretti was shot and killed by Homeland Security’s masked, tax payer funded goons on the streets of Minneapolis.
The DCDC condemns this brutal killing and calls on Democratic Senators to stand united in refusing to fund ICE and Custom and Border Patrol until these paramilitary forces are reformed and removed from our streets.
In addition, we call for a Congressional investigation of Homeland Security’s overall management of their immigration and border control responsibilities. We cannot stay silent when, after each of these horrific state sponsored murders, the Dept. of Homeland Security refuses to allow the participation of local law enforcement in the investigations and immediately spews lies about the incidents before any of the facts have been established.
To all who love democracy and humanity, we urge you to call and thank Josh Riley for his recent vote against funding for DHS. Call Senators Schumer and Gillibrand and implore them to stand firm in opposing further funding for these rogue agencies. Tell all our elected officials to get ICE and CBP off our streets and out of our faces!
