Independent Petitioning

In Delaware County, several local candidates are petitioning to appear on an Independent ballot line this November. This is particularly true for Town Supervisor candidates. Any registered voter, regardless of party affiliation, can sign an Independent petition (providing they have not already signed a major party designating petition for that office and they vote in the candidate’s district.)
