Dear Neighbor,

Thank you for entrusting me with the great responsibility of serving you in Congress. As you may have seen, last week, the Governor selected me to serve as the next Lieutenant Governor of New York. My time in Congress representing this great District has afforded me the opportunity to connect with countless individuals whose stories have inspired me and informed my work on your behalf. I am looking forward to the opportunity to build more genuine connections with people all across our great state as I take on this new role.

In the coming weeks, I will continue in my role as your Representative and will work to ensure a smooth transition. Please know that my team will continue working on behalf of New York’s 19th Congressional District, providing help with federal agencies and other constituent services until a new member of Congress is elected.
