Laurie is a seasoned business leader with a distinguished career at General Mills, where she held senior roles spanning brand management, strategy, and organizational leadership. Over the course of her tenure, she developed deep expertise in building consumer-focused brands, driving innovation, and leading high-performing teams in complex, fast-changing environments.
Following her time at General Mills, Laurie now serves as a consultant, providing executive advisory services in Financial Planning & Analysis, Integrated Business Planning, and Data Governance & Operations. She is known for her strategic insight, collaborative leadership style, and ability to translate market trends into impactful business decisions, bringing a thoughtful perspective on leadership, workplace culture, and the evolving role of business in today’s economy.
